Martial Arts is the perfect outlet for the stresses of school, adolescence, and social influences as well as the looming pressure of university and future jobs. Teens are taught the value of focus, respect, and discipline in a supportive atmosphere with positive role models. Our goal is to instill values and drive that will push them above and beyond the goals they have set for themselves. Our teens are expected to behave with maturity and professionalism while getting a challenging workout and having a great time as well.

We offer a blend of martial arts,  Taekwondo, Kung-fu, Hapkido, Hwarang-do, and our “real life” self-defence scenarios.

We also have a major focus on Fitness. Using speed, agility and power, combining the punches, upper cuts, and hooks of boxing with various powerful kicks used in martial arts. Students are taught kicks, punches, blocks and other defensive techniques, shadow kickboxing, bag and pad training, as well as cardiovascular and muscular fitness exercises.

Our adult class offers a fun, energetic workout that will help you improve your strength stamina, and help you lose weight - a great way to relieve stress as well! This program is available in all of our locations. In each class, you will get a warm-up, a cardio/fitness component to make you sweat, and various activities to improve your overall strength and endurance. Every class offers a different challenge, and there are plenty of short and long term goals to motivate you.
